I'm really struggling today. Back feels very stiff and I ate a ton of junk food this weekend on our trip. Hopefully, a good run tonight, will help get some of this stuff out of my system. I've been feeling pretty good lately with my training, but I really need to have a few good more weeks.

6 miles tonight, ran over to Hurricane down to 400 South, then around the Chevron and back to La Verkin. Felt pretty good.

I think everyone should have a junk food weekend, every now and then. Hang in there, the end is in sight.

What junk food did you eat? I'm sure it wasn't that bad. Your training is looking great just think about what you want to accomplish at SGM and that will keep you motivated.

Your a great running Dustin and will have an excellent marathon.
