Ran with Steve, Clyde, and Dave up through the desert reserve then back down Snow Canyon Parkway.  I was pretty much lagging behind the group the entire run.  I struggle especially with trail runs, but I figured maybe I would speed up when we hit the pavement, however by then I was already wiped out, the group took off which I really didn't have a problem with.  I ran pretty hard yesterday, and my body was telling me not hard and fast again today.  Steve slowed down a bit and helped drag my sorry self back to the store.  All in all ok run with decent effort, however I still have a long ways to go, just need to start building more of a base and increase my endurance

Good run Dustin. Don't worry too much about the pace. This time of year it's all about just getting a run in and building a good base. Your already starting off the year in better shape than last year so you'll be looking for good things come summer.

Dustin, take it all with a grain of salt - It was totally your 800's Friday. You nailed those and your body needed rest.
