Run up the La Verkin Twist on the trail, then up to the Overlook road, not all the way to the Overlook, then came back.  Nice and easy 3 miles out, 3 miles back. Average pace 8:15 not bad considering mostly uphill the first three miles.

Great job! You planning on running the SC half, I am not sure yet but probably will. I need to come to some club runs, I miss seeing everybody.
