Pretty busy day, but I did get in 5 miles tonight around 7:30 pm. I knew I had to run tonight, since I am going in to get my plantar warts froze again tomorrow and it may be a few days with no running after they do that. I can see progress with the feet, it is just kind of painful having this little procedure done every 3 weeks. Anyway the run tonight, easy first mile-7:36, second mile- 7:20, pushed it hard on the third mile- 5:51, easy recovery mile 8:38, finished with one more hard mile 5:57. The weather is starting to warm up and I'm getting excited for the next few months. I really enjoy the Spring time in St. George, the Fall is also pretty nice, along with most days in the Winter and alright most days in the Summer are also nice, a little hot, but nice. Yes I enjoy living in Southern Utah. (ran in the Asics DS Trainers)

Dustin I just bought a pair of Asics DS Trainer 12's. Have you ran a marathon in these shoes, normally I run my Marathon's in Avia Lites, but I wanted to try a shoe that was lighter? How do you like the Asic Trainers, and what type of miles do you get out of these shoes?

Hey Dustin,

good job just running a few, I just found out that the spectrum 10 k is full. At this time they are taking a waiting list. Everyone that is doing the running series to run the marathon has registered. The problem is. they can only accomidate about 200 hundred runners because of transportation issues. Many of the locals will not be able to run this race now. I hope your registered for the Dam to Dam. they will have the same problem at that Dam race. I would call the rec center and get put on the waiting list for the spectrum.
