3 miles this morning.

Did 4 x Pah Tempe Hill Repeats this afternoon.  Probably a mistake trying to run hard when it was so hot out.  I did a 2 mile warm-up then got into the workout.

4-2:25 really struggled on the last one.

The cool-down turned into a 2 mile walk home, I was just beat.

I did 9 miles with Bill and Cody from the DC out to the golf course and then back and a loop around Bloomington Hills to River Road and back on the bike path.

Ran on the Provo River Trail did 3.5 miles over to Brandbury and then back toward Jodee's.  I extended the other way on the river trail to get a few more miles in.  It was nice to run on the river trail and remember all the runs I did back in college. Also, nice temps this morning a little cool with some rain.
