Went and played basketball this morning. Was happy I woke up and my house was still in La Verkin, the wind was very strong last night.

Not much time tonight, but did 3 easy miles over past the Substation, then decided to do a 2 mile tempo back into a strong headwind.  I felt good with the tempo, considering the strong wind, and running on legs still tired from Saturday's long run.

Easy 1 mile cool down home.

Ran 3 miles with Sunny, pushing Jarren in the stroller.  Jansen did a good job riding his bike along, he has really come a long way.

After I dropped them off I ran an easy 2.5 miles more.

Ran with Jeff, Steve, Nate, and James we went down River Road to the river trail then back up 2450, good run extended a mile with James.  Nice temps, even took my shirt off to scare some people.  The Little Budda needs some sun.

Woke up late for basketball, but still managed just over an hour. The weight has been coming down a little this week.

Ran over to Hurricane High School and back home 6 miles pretty easy.

13 miles easy this morning with Bill out around Sand Hollow from the Bowling Alley.  Bill kept wanting to pick up the pace, but I kept him under control.
