Probably won't be doing any running for the next few days, these blisters I have developed on the heels of my feet are pretty bad, still really hurts to even walk. Hopefully they will heal up quick, but I'm a little worried right now. I will probably try to do some cross training on a stationary bike for the next few days. Rode the exercise bike for 45 minutes tonight, my college coach used to count 10 minutes of biking or swimming equal to 1 mile running, so based on that maybe 4 miles tonight. The blisters do feel a little better tonight, so that is a good sign. |
