Take it easy and enjoy the recovery. I was looking at your training leading into STG and you did have the speed work put in. Do you think it would have been the aerobic miles that you needed? You know this course so well.

Kory-I don't know if I had properly prepared myself in the days leading up to the race. It was just really strange I cramped up as bad as I did. I might have started off too fast also. Anyway, hopefully I can learn somethings from this race and move on.

I bought the Asics Evolution. I really like them. Since I have a gym membership I got 10% off. It's hard to make a big purchase like that but I haven't had running shoes since 2007 and I've been saving up. I really love them!
