I didn't do any running last week.  I probably could have, but I just decided to take some time off, in fact the next three weeks are going to be very difficult and I may or may not get much running in.  What I really need is a trip to the chiropractor.  My right hip is still really bothering me, I feel like something is out of place.  The rest of my body feels pretty good and recovered.  I did quite a bit of walking over the weekend as we spent Friday and Saturday down in Las Vegas.

Are you sure it is in the hip area! or are you just a pain in the Butt. It was nice to see the cougars pull out a great win saturday. Hopefully they will win the conference. Stay active doing something if you can. Ride your bike to work or something!

It was so nice to meet you and your family in St George. Good luck getting back into the swing of things. The first bit is always the hardest. PS what school do you teach at? I have family in La Verkin.

Taking time off will definitely help your hi.p That's a very smart move. It will give you time to focus what you want to do next and you'll comeback stronger.

It was really nice running with you in STG.
