Did a mile warm-up on the track this morning, then 6.5 mile run did the Jacob Hamblin loop- to the house then up past the Santa Clara Cemetary then back on Pioneer Parkway through Ivins. Felt good this morning and glad to get in the miles. Just jogged an easy 2 miles tonight.

You'll have a good time at the Provo River run. I think the race is pretty close to the same as Hobble Creek, as far as the Elv. drop is concerned.

I think Sasha helps with the time of the race still.

Provo River half the way it is now is about 2-3 minutes slower than Hobblecreek. The elevation drop is not that different. However, the quality of the drop is. Hobblcreek has a more gradual drop. Provo River drops abruptly in the first three miles, then 1% or so in the next three, then you go up a 1% grade into a headwind (usually) for a mile or so, then 1% until 11, after than flat to the end.
