7 miles over to Hurricane, went up and explored a little of the Canal Trail, went through the cave, but wasn't that impressed, so came back down and did a few more miles around town, pretty windy tonight. (Nike Zoom Miler)

The trail through the caves is lame. It is pretty short and rocky and then it gets locked up. It is the upper section that you want to run on.
