Missed the club run, sorry guys, but I'm planning on seeing you all at the race Saturday. I came home from work and slept for about an hour, still feeling sick, but got up and decided to head out for a run around 4:30. As Clyde would write the run was Blah! Just ran over to Hurricane High School, then stretched and walked a lap around the track. A guy about my age was running a little bit, so I talked to him for a while. His name was Kayden and he said he would like to train and run the St. George marathon next year. I told him a little about the club and the fastrunningblog. He was figuring out how to work his Ipod/nike GPS unit, looked interesting. Anyway after talking to him, ran back over to La Verkin all the way to Farmer's Market then back home going down through the Overlook Subdivision. Glad I got out, but still not feeling all that great. I'm interested to see how I'll race on Saturday.
