Went to the new Performance Fitness 24/7 in Hurricane tonight and walked 2 miles on the treadmill.  I'm still having lots of pain with the ankle, but I need to start doing something.  I'm gaining too much weight.

1 mile on the elliptical and then 1 mile on the teadmill, ankle felt better than Thursday.

This really felt like the first week since I wrecked my ankle that I've been able to do much jogging (I wouldn't call it running yet).
