I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Easy 5 miles over in St. George from Hansen Stadium down to the river trail then out 2.5 miles then came back the same way up River Road. After that sat in the grass for an hour and watched Jordan's football game.
thanks for the vote of confidence. good luck on your quest for another pr. if i went out as fast as you and steve are planning i would have to have my wife pick me up at snow canyon. you guys are animals. i'm planning on going out at about 7:20 pace and see what happens. theres a chance i might pick it up to around 7:00 if i'm feeling great. i here there could be rain for the marathon. i sure hope that it is dry and calm weather.
I chatted with Steve last night and he wasn't sure what time he could set up. So, we are just meeting for a run down to the finish and back at 7:00. Unless Steve calls and we will do something different.
