6 miles this evening, legs still really sore from the long run on Saturday, so I took things very slow and easy tonight. Ran over to Hurricane High and did a few laps on their new track surface, it feels pretty nice and I'm looking forward to doing some speed workouts over there in the future.

nice run saturaday. you've done a great job getting out and keeping a high fitness level even with the nagging aches and pains. are you racing this weekend? what are you realistically shooting for in the marathon this year?

Hi Dustin, I was planning on it. but after running with steve on monday and talking to him. He needs like 40 volunteers. I have decided to help him, Then have a run after words. can you get the scouts to help out? Steve did say he would give a certificate to every one that helped out.
