3 miles easy with Sunny, ran almost to the bridge and back.  I'm getting excited for the marathon.  I feel like I'm ready, just want it to be a better experience than my last marathon.  I don't think it could be much worse than freezing rain and wind for 26 miles.  My plan is to try to be conservative the first half and then try to run even or negative split the second half.  Hopefully, I can meet up with some people and work together.

Hopefully we can work together on Saturday. We were only 30 seconds apart in St. George and I would like to do the first 1/2 in 1:25 or so. Have a safe trip to Ogden...

Travel safely up north and good luck at the race.

Good luck. Your plan to go out conservative is smart- I did that and pulled a 6 min negative split last year. You can really rock from mile 18 on.

I'll be following behind the two of you. Hopefully not too far behind.

Jon-Yeah I read your race report, looked like it worked great for you.

Bill- You've been putting in a lot of miles, so it should be a great day for you. I just don't want to relive St. George I was on 2:40 pace for the first 10 miles, then the wheels fell off bad.
